Description

This SZLH508 feed pellet press is designed for medium and large feed pellet production projects. It can work as a standalone pellet mill with its own electric cabinet or be integrated into a complete animal feed production line for higher-capacity applications.

Detailed pelletizing guidance

  • Typical raw materials include corn, wheat, maize and other grains, and some grass materials can also be used.
  • If the raw material is already powder, it can generally be pelletized directly.
  • If the raw material is coarse particle material, it should first be crushed to powder below about 3 mm.
  • For practical production, raw material moisture is better controlled below about 30%.
  • If different pellet diameters are required, different ring dies can be selected.
  • The final pellet length can be adjusted according to production requirement.
