This SZLH578 bird feed pellet machine is designed for high-capacity feed pellet production in large, medium and small farms as well as commercial feed plants. It can work alone with its own electric cabinet or be integrated into a complete feed pellet production line.

  • Typical raw materials include corn, wheat and other grains, and grass can also be applied.
  • If the raw material is powder, it can generally be made into pellets directly.
  • If the raw material is coarse particle material, it should first be crushed to powder less than about 3 mm.
  • For practical production, raw material moisture is better controlled below about 30%.
  • If different pellet diameters are required, different ring dies can be selected.
  • The final pellet length can be adjusted according to production requirement.
