Process overview: The main process includes raw material receiving and grinding, mixing, ring die pelletizing, chick feed crumbling when needed, cooling, screening, and final packaging. Steam conditioning and oil adding systems can also be matched according to formula requirements.

Production process

  • Raw materials such as corn, soybean meal, alfalfa, fish meal, additives, and oil are prepared and sent to the grinding section for particle size reduction.
  • Ground materials enter the mixing system, where multiple ingredients are blended evenly so that the final feed has balanced nutrition.
