Description
BIG WIN can provide compact turnkey solutions for small and medium feed pellet projects, from process design and equipment matching to installation guidance and after-sales support. This mini feed pellet making plant is mainly used for making poultry and livestock feed, and it is especially suitable for users who want to start with a more economical investment and a simpler plant layout.
What this line is designed for
- Producing feed pellets for poultry and livestock in a compact 1.5–2 TPH capacity range.
- Serving small farms, home-use feed projects, light industry users, and starter commercial feed businesses.
- Reducing civil construction pressure with a layout that does not require extra steel structure installation material.
- Working well in workshops with limited height because the total line height is less than 5 m.
Production process
- Raw materials are first transferred by screw conveyor into the crushing section for particle size reduction.
- The hammer crusher reduces material size to make it more suitable for later mixing and pelleting.
- The ribbon mixer blends the crushed ingredients evenly so the final feed formula is more uniform.
- The pellet machine then compresses the mixed feed into pellets with stable forming performance.
- Fresh pellets are sent to the counter-flow cooler to reduce heat and moisture after pelleting.
- The cooled pellets pass through screening and are then transferred to the packing section for final bagging.
Application scenarios
Chicken Feed
Suitable for chicken and chick feed pellets, especially common small-diameter poultry feed production.
Pig Feed
Can be used for pig feed pellets in the common 2–4 mm pellet diameter range.
Rabbit Feed
Applicable to rabbit feed pellet production in the common 2–5 mm pellet diameter range.
Cattle & Sheep Feed
Also suitable for larger 4–8 mm cattle or sheep feed pellets, with adjustable pellet length.
After-sales support
Operation Training
After installation and adjustment, operators can be trained on how to run the line correctly and safely.
Maintenance Guidance
Workers can be trained on how to maintain the equipment and protect key parts in daily operation.
Maintenance Rules
A complete maintenance plan can be prepared, including how to maintain, when to maintain, and who maintains.
Technical Follow-up
Regular after-sales follow-up helps confirm running condition and offers practical advice for upkeep.
Features
This simple feed pellet production plant is designed for economical entry-level feed production with practical structure, easy operation, and convenient maintenance.
Easy Cleaning
The compact line is designed to be easy to clean and maintain during everyday use.
Easy Parts Replacement
Spare parts can be changed more easily, helping reduce roller and die replacement cost.
Quick Die Change
New dies and rollers can be changed faster, helping save production time during maintenance or formula switching.
